I do not use my car frequently and I do not recall receiving the city renewal application…I just noticed that my sticker was expired today after I parked my car in a parkimeter that I paid …I got a ticket for ‘failure to display sticker’. If I do not have any tickets or violations can I contest this and at least decrease the fine.
