Lakeview Rolls Out The Quarters
Parking frustration.
That’s the inspiration for the Central Lakeview Merchant’s Association’s month long promotion kicking off this Saturday.

In a breathless piece in today Sun-Times, city hall reporter Fran Spielman reports the unbelievable news that the recently re-deployed ticket writers on behalf of Chicago Parking Meters, LLC are actually…writing tickets.
