This seems like a direct challenge or a plea of desperation by someone to Streets & Sanitation to remove this car off the street
This car with Florida plates was spotted… in the 1500 block of N. Milwaukee Ave. in the Wicker Park neighborhood on Wednesday.
Allegedly, at least according to the window graffiti, the car has been there for a month. Hopefully there’s not a body in the trunk.
Let’s take bets on how fast it takes the city to tow it.

With the way the temp has been over the past month….you’d be able to tell by smell if there was a body in it.
Looks like a college kids car that they decided to not take home when they left for the summer.

At least another two months, unless someone has already called the city for a tow. Don’t count on any spontaneous response to the written pleadings.
