The Parking Ticket Geek Is A ‘Smart Mouth’

The Parking Ticket Geek is not smart.

Anyone who could rack up a few hundred parking tickets over two decades, is obviously no Einstein.

But the Geek certainly has opinions, flirting with obnoxiousness when inflicting his views upon others.

One guesses that may be the reason he’s been invited to be a panelist this Thursday at noon for Smart Mouth, because it’s certainly not for his brains.

Smart Mouth is a free program produced by the McCormick Freedom Project that hosts a panel of local “movers and shakers” (their overly generous quote, not mine) discussing current events. It’s loosely based on Bill Maher’s Politically Incorrect we’re told.

This time around the discussion is going to center around parking and driving issues in Chicago.

Besides the Geek, the panel will also include the Chicago Reader’s political reporter extraordinaire Mick Dumke, who’s written extensively about Chicago’s parking meter lease deal.

Smart Mouth is being held downtown at the Chicago Cultural Center (5th floor), Thursday March 11th.

It’s a lunchtime event so it starts right at noon. And did I mention it was FREE?

Supposedly reservations are required, so click here, get your reservation and come have lunch with the Parking Ticket Geek.
