To some, getting your car towed on the first few nights of Chicago’s winter overnight parking ban seems like the end of the world has come.
While I am somewhat sympathetic, it’s hard to extend my full force of my compassion to people who basically just screwed up.
My level of sympathy drops even further when I hear some of these intellectually impaired people try to blame everyone but themselves.
