Monday, on Meier’s afternoon show, he talks to that mentally unbalanced joker, the Parking Ticket Geek.

Catch the Geek around 2 PM on WGN 720 AM.
The Geek is a longtime fan of Garry’s, so he’s hoping he doesn’t completely ruin his show.
