What the boot!?

Seems as if this gentleman went to get in his rental car at the O’Hare Airport parking garage and found it to be booted. DOH! Obviously, it wasn’t his problem and the rental car company got him another car.

However, I thought those rental car companies were always on top of their parking tickets. I am mildly surprised a rental car was able to rack up three parking tickets and get the boot.
