    Rule for these no parking developments is that tenants should be barred from getting residential parking permits, so neighbors can stop developers from using their streets to avoid building adequate parking.

    The fact that a short stretch of Lincoln was made into a pedestrian friendly 2 block stretch does not mean that every single 4 lane arterials street should be given a road diet. Cities need these wide arterials to move traffic efficiently – this is basic traffic engineering
