  1. Jeff says:

    After Presiding Over Creation Of Giant $1B Infrastructure Tax Theft Fund, Rahm Disses Trump On Infrastructure – Chicago Sun-Times
    ———

    Look at the money the Chicago is wasting on:

    1. a $200M Wilson L Stop;
    2. a $600M CTA rmap that will save 20 seconds of commute time and destroy a whole neighborhood in the process of construction;
    3. a $60M bike ram at Navy Pier that will do nothing for bike safety;
    4. red light and speed cams that actually cause more accidents than they were supposed to prevent; and
    5. an endless stream of traffic clogging bike lanes, road diets, and nonsense traffic barricades.

    Rahm Chicago is the last person who should be giving advice on infrastructure.
