Dibbers are breaking out their street junk today

CDOT: Rauner Plays Politics With Chicago Infrastructure Funds – CBS 2 Chicago
    ——–

What a joke for CDOT to claim that anyone is playing politics with infrastructure money or decisions. CDOT even lied about accident numbers to justify closing a block of Wilson Avenue for an electronic advertising board:

    http://chi.streetsblog.org/2015/08/03/what-does-crash-data-say-about-the-reasons-for-closing-wilsonlamon/

CDOT has zero credibility on real and unbiased traffic information.

Illinois Bill Seeks Stiffer Sentences for Impaired Wrong-Way Drivers – U.S. News And World Report

The trend of recent wrong way crashes is more likely due to drunk driver issues – not sure this bill does much to address that.
