City Hall wasted tax dollars on an appeal that was almost certain to be rejected. Interlocutory (pre-judgment) appeals are only rarely granted by the courts.

Red Light Cam ban will be a great issue for challengers in next legislative elections

  3. Jeff says:

Emanuel In Washington For Meetings On Crime, Infrastructure – Chicago Sun-Times; Emanuel’s New Infrastructure Projects Could Create 40,000 Jobs – NBC 5 Chicago
