I think the Calvin Evans of the self-named CalvinEvans ComedyShow does a good job capturing the feeling many Chicago drivers have trying to avoid parking tickets in the city.

    My Comment: That’s certainly a better answer than “Sorry, I don’t know. My speedometer is broken, and even if it wasn’t, I couldn’t tell you, as I wasn’t wearing my glasses, and even if I was, I couldn’t tell you as I am too drunk to see straight. But in any event, the real violator is the person who owns this car that I stole at gunpoint as he is the one who didn’t fix the broken speedometer…
