It’s Chicago city sticker season again and time to get that darn sticker from last year off your windshield and slap on the new one.

Chicago City Clerk Susana Mendoza who’s office oversees the sales of 1.8 million city stickers every year shows us her favored method for getting the job done.

If you haven’t purchased your city sticker yet, you’d better get moving. Your new vehicle sticker must be displayed on your car’s windshield no later than July 15th.

We suggest purchasing it online or at a local Currency Exchange.

If you are waiting for your 2014 city sticker to be mailed, should you take your 2013 sticker off the car starting July 1 while waiting for the new sticker?

Does an Improperly Displayed Sticker mean one from 2013 could be ticketed after July 1 while waiting for a new one

In other words, should I go without a sticker on my car today through the 15th until I get the 2014 one?
