Russian Bus Driver ‘Punishes’ Bad Drivers

Bus driver Alexei Volkov has been nicknamed “The Punisher” due to how he handles drivers who cut him off when he’s at the wheel of the bus he drives for a living.

What does he do when he’s cut off?

He slams into them with his bus.

According to Volkov via NBC News, he’s hit about 100 other vehicles, uses his dashboard to document the incidents and posts the videos on the web.

Volkov considers what he does as “educational work.”

What makes the story even better is the bus company he works for doesn’t mind his tactics. Volkov explains as long as the dash cam supports his story the insurance handles any damage–damage that is usually minor in nature–at least to the bus.

Unfortunately, drivers probably couldn’t get away with that type of “drivers education” here in the U.S. Although many, many U.S. drivers are in need of this type of re-education on how to drive safely and respectfully.

Check out the Punisher’s YouTube page with many of his run ins with bad Russian drivers.

Here’s NBC News’s story on Volkov, “‘The Punisher’ takes vengeance on Russia’s bad drivers.”

I can’t tell you how many times I have wanted to do that…

The best part is the drivers getting out of their car after cutting him off and giving him the “What’s wrong with you” look.

  2. Pete says:

In Russia, justice is entirely dependent on who you know. A driver for a connected bus company can do anything he wants, as long as he doesn’t hit someone more connected than him.

    BTW, this is fake.
