Never Run Over A Police Officer’s Foot
Here’s a piece of advice.
If a cop is standing by your car giving you a parking ticket, do not, we repeat DO NOT, run over the police officer’s foot with your vehicle.
In the video above posted late last week, a certain Mr. Douche of New York City, driving a very expensive red Ferrari, thought his fast car could out race parking ticket being written by an officer of the NYPD.
After gunning the engine, the car lurches forward and allegedly runs over the officer’s foot.
Of course, hilarity ensues.
It turns out Mr. Douche is, according to Reuter’s News Service, some goof dating some vapid reality TV “star” we’ve never heard of and is now alleging the cop faked the incident according to TMZ.
Unfortunately, Mr. Douche is being charged with felony assault, vehicular assault, obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and for wearing a horrible looking purple sweater.
Here’s some more advice.
Never try to walk away from a police officer issuing a ticket. Be respectful, take the ticket and contest it if you feel it was issued unfairly.
Our final piece of advice is to never spend $250,000 on a car. That’s just stupid.

I’m not sure if I’ve ever rooted for police harder than in this video! For punishment, they should get to run over him in their squad car.
wow, dbag deserves that shit, what a moron.
I have to say but the driver could have saved himself a lot of time and grief and simply waited for the ticket. Same thing happened to me but I didn’t drive off and touch the cop with my truck. I waited for my ticket, was respectful with the cop and even discussed sports with him due to my jacket. Not worth it for a stupid parking which leaves no points or record on your license. Just pay it and be done with it.
Amen Brad.
No doubt this guy is an obvious douche, but this video seems fake. For starters, who was standing directly in front of the car holding a camera, knowing something was about to happen? And why did the cop deliberately place his foot under the tire knowing it was likely the driver would drive off? And did he actually run over the foot? You can’t exactly tell from the video.
The entire thing seems like some fabricated publicity stunt. Perhaps the douchemaster is about to get his own “reality” show and needs some exposure?
Hopefully he got a wonderful reception from the fine gentlemen at Rikers Island detention center. Cue the “Law and Order” sound effect:

Pete….the video looks staged because there is no doubt that the person that took the video was probably hoping to catch the Cop do something that would lead to a lawsuit.
Being charged with felony assault, vehicular assault, obstructing governmental administration, and disorderly conduct indicates that the Cop didn’t set the driver up no matter what TMZ screams.
The cop is either faking or getting his foot run over is the direct result of leaning on the car to scratch the paint. Who naturally puts their feet under a car like that?
But anyways…. imagine for a moment that someone ran over the foot of a regular person and that person decided to do to the driver what that cop did. Once the cops arrived he, the person who had his foot run over would get arrested. By that measure the cop was in the wrong. Now if we all get to counter attack well then, that’s different.
Leaning on the Car to Scratch it?
B how stupid are you?
The cop put his foot in front of the tire on purpose; he moved his whole body in a way to try and block the car from moving. The guy driving the car was wordlessly telling the cop to fuck off, and the cop reciprocated. If the guy would have just asked the cop to not write the ticket, the cop wouldnt have listened or told the guy where to stick it – but at least there wouldn’t have been this passive aggressive maneuvering of both parties. Then again, it is probably a fake – no cops I know would have let themselves be filmed while they brutalize a guy for a parking ticket mishap, I’m not saying that the cops wouldn’t do that to a civilian, I’m saying they’d threaten to do the same to the camera guy, and then theyd go to town on the Ferrari guy.
The cop did seem to put his foot under the tire on purpose, but still the douche assaulted the officer by driving over it, thus the officer did not use excessive force by responding the way he did.
