If The Expired Meter is not enough parking ticket fighting info for you, local attorney Charlie Beach was recently on Fox Chicago’s morning program to dish out some ticket fighting advice.
While he generally has the right idea, some of his information is mildly inaccurate.
For example, you actually have 21 days to contest a ticket by mail or request a hearing–not seven.
And, while we all know this fighting parking ticket stuff isn’t rocket science (as evidenced by this author), his strategies are curiously or coincidentally reminiscent of some specific advice we’ve published here.
