Chicago’s Meter Deal Slammed In Washington Times

Thought I’d share this very harsh criticism of the Chicago’s parking meter lease deal and Mayor Daley from the Washington Times.

Two years later and this issue is still making news locally and nationally.

No wonder Mayor Daley decided against running for another term.

    Just remember..

    Get out the Word.

    If your alderman/woman voted “Yes” for the Meter Lease;

    Vote for someone else and get your friends and family to do the same.

    For the record:

    There were only 5 alder persons that had the stones to vote Against Daleys screwup:

    Preckwinkle
    Hairston
    Waguespack

    the above are 3 of them. Obviously Preckwinkle is now the Cook County President.

    Yeah, Daley 2.0 had no choice but to pull the ejection seat lever on his reign. Daley 1.0 must be spinning in his grave at 3600RPM. Good riddance to Daley 2.0.
