A reader of that great website Chicagoist, covering all things Chicago, spotted this very funny decal slapped onto the side of a meter up in Rogers Park.

Can we get some? We should slap them on every meter and paybox in the city. Put them on all city bill payment machines. Make people remember who is responsible and how they regard us.
